Description
A quiet, secluded 3 bedroom cottage on Perch lake in central Michigan. This cottage has a beautiful deck overlooking the lake, sandy beach, private campfire pit, and all the amenities.
Full kitchen, cable, wifi, all linens included.
Close to bike paths, hiking, golf courses, and casino in Mt. Pleasant. You can relax at the beach, take day trips to just about anywhere in the state, or just relax with your favorite book on the deck.
Your only neighbors are next door in our 2 bedroom cottage, with a stand of pines seperating the two cottages for complete privacy.
Rental includes fishing boat ( not motor), paddle boat, floating dock and fixed dock for your toys.
Perch Lake is an all sports lake, boating, jet skiing, or just floating on a tube. For the fisherman, there is a no wake law in effect. No high speed boating before 11 am, or after 7:30 pm.
A pleasant and peaceful time is there to be had all year long.
We are open all year long, beautiful colors in the fall. Hop on your bike and head for miles down the trail to enjoy your own personal Fall tour!! Snowmobiling on these same trails makes winter a pure Michigan pleasure. You can ride to all pioints west and north through Cadillac. Plenty of hills around the cottage property for the kids to sled, Snow Snake Ski Resort within 20 minutes. They have ski hills, snowboarding and tubing available.

It was great. Very peaceful and restful. This was our second stay and will probably be returning. Very close to Pere Marquette bike trails.
