Villa of 245 m² with pool, spa, terraces, private garage, garden and vegetable garden, located in a quiet and private domain (the star's estate) .This property, consisting of a villa and a private apartment, understand 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. Description of the villa and outbuildings: - Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a lounge / dining room very bright 50 m² overlooking the main terrace, and a kitchen of 12 m² with a snack table. there are also 2 rooms of 18 m² with dressing (one directly overlooking the SPA), a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. The main terrace of 50 sqm overlooking the pool and the spa, gives a clear view of the forest and mountains. An outdoor table and chairs are provided. - Floor: Upstairs is the master bedroom of 22 m² (180x200 bed) with dressing room and a private bathroom of 8 m² (shower and bath). There is also a separate toilet and an office / bedroom with a sofa bed BZ type offering a comfortable bed 140 x 190. The secondary terrace of the floor of an area of 45 m² is decorated with a living room outdoor and can admire 360, the Nice hills, the bay of Antibes, the col de Vence, the Baou St. Jeannet and the Southern Alps. - Basement: In the basement there is the laundry area of 10 m² with washing machine and dryer, access to the garage (100 m²) for 2 cars and access to the equipment room of the pool /spa. A third vehicle can be parked in front of the garage (inside the property). The Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa is mainly composed of herbs rosemary, thyme, lavender, ...), with fruit trees, vegetable garden and a forest of 2000 m² and is one little goat (Fifi). The same level as the pool is a private apartment of 45 sqm. This apartment has a kitchen, a living room (sofa bed 2 persons), a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and a large dressing room. The windows of the living room and overlook the pool. Shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ...) and restaurants are located just 5 minutes from cars. The villa is near Cagnes sur Mer and St Laurent du Var (10 minute drive). Then the cities of Nice and Antibes are located about 20-30 minutes drive. The first beaches (Cagnes sur Mer) are close (about 10 minutes) and the hinterland (with its rivers and other activities) is also very close.

“Très belle villa moderne et fonctionnelle”
Nous étions 2 familles avec nos enfants et nous avons beaucoup aimé les pièces à vivre et les extérieurs avec les terrasses, la piscine mais surtout le jacuzzi qui était très agréable. Il y avait un grand garage fermé pour nos 2 voitures, donc pas de soucis pour se garer. La villa est dans un domaine très calme et en pleine nature mais malgré tout proche du bord de mer ou des villes. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et disponibles. Vacances à recommander (surtout pour nous) !
