We offer you a Self Catered Villa, where we’ve blended architecture and design to deliver a breathtaking holiday experience. We have designed two bespoke and sumptuous villas namely phase 11 and Phase 12.
The space
Key Features of Phase 11 & 12:
☆Villa Calangute Phase 11 & 12 are two separate villas located on the same plot with a private swimming pool in the middle. Phase 11 is a 4BHK Villa whereas Phase 12 is a 6BHK Villa, resulting in a combination of 10 bedrooms.
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 10 AC bedrooms & 10 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ The property has 8 king-size beds & 4 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ at Phase 12 -Please note Bathroom 5 is open to the sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity, and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain. Ideal for couples.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ *24-hour power backup* (Inverter + Genset onsite).
☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.
The kitchens are well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

Just tell the chef your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa.
Party Room -The new INDUSTRIAL PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals, and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too.

Villa Calangute Phase 11 and 12 are 2 detached new villas set in 1225 sq. m of gardens, in the beautiful coastal village of Calangute. Please note that both villas share a large swimming pool, this is for exclusive use of guests at these villas. The entrance to the property is common for both properties. The beach is only 600m away and are within walking distance, they offer the very best of everything. The two properties are equipped, decorated and maintained to the very highest standards. Each villa enjoys its own individual style, and stunning views of this beautiful location. Every villa has furnished verandas, balconies and a barbeque/patio area, and there is free Wi-Fi to complete the luxury and comfort of these impressive accommodations.
We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa including 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms; 2 self catered kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and garden.
