Description

Jolie chambre meublée, neuve, avec vue exceptionnelle sur l'étang en bordure de pinède au calme. Vous trouverez dans la chambre de quoi faire une dînette (mico onde, frigo...) mais il n'y a pas de quoi faire de la cuisine.

La chambre est totalement indépendante de la maison, vous avez votre propre accès et votre clé.

2 plages aménagées se trouvent à proximité.

Le GR13 est à 5 mn à pied.

Quartier typique avec son petit port de plaisance, ses petits restaurants.

J'aime beaucoup ses cabanons de pêcheurs, son port de plaisance, les petits restaurants du bord de l'étang, le calme de la pinède et surtout la vue à 180° sur l'étang.

Heures-Claires, un port, un quartier, une pépinière touristique…

Le quartier des Heures-Claires a fait les belles heures istréennes des années 60, 70…avec ses guinguettes, ses pêches miraculeuses, son port...

Petit retour sur ce quartier où douceur de vivre et beauté sont les marques de fabrique.

Autour de l'étang, la mairie va acheter un ensemble de propriétés dans les quartiers de Saint Martin, Saint Pierre, du Deven. Cet ensemble va prendre le nom de quartier des « Heures Claires ».

Les habitations plutôt de type cabanon vont être adossées à la colline et devenir peu à peu des maisons confortables avec une vue imprenable sur l'étang de Berre à l'instar de celles du quartier voisin du Ranquet.

Le Port des Heures Claires

Aujourd'hui, les Heures-Claires sont la façade maritime d'une ville qui peut compter sur lui pour développer son tourisme et répondre aux multiples critères du classement d'ISTRES en station de tourisme.

La maison est située tout au fond d'une impasse c'est l'avant dernière de la rue
Vous pourrez monter pour décharger vos affaires en voiture jusque devant la maison sur 1 des il y a 4 places marquées au sol avec demi-tour compliqué il faut parfois redescendre en marche arrière sur qq mètres. Pendant votre séjour vous serez garés plus bas environ 300 mètres sur un parking gratuit.
