Description
This luxury ground floor apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Close to the lovely fishing village of Alvor. Stylishly furnished with every convenience catered for. We have cable TV and high speed WiFi, which offers dozens of English language channels and a free film/TV library. The apartment comprises of a large lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 1 twin). Family bathroom with spa bath.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating. All rooms lead onto a large private terrace with access to the large swimming pool, exclusive to our block, as well as gardens and BBQs. There are 2 secure underground parking spaces with lift and video entry system.
There are shops, cafes and restaurants within and around the complex.5 minute drive ( 30 min walk ) to the town, shops and the best beaches in the Algarve. New, Intermarche supermarket, 10 min walk. Ideal for families with small children as all rooms lead out to the large secure terrace with outside lighting, which has a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is a children's play area close by.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, plenty of room for a cot.Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a 3rd put-you-up bed can be added on request. Both rooms have air conditioning/heater, built in wardrobes and patio doors with electric security shutters leading out to the terrace. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with hydro shower, basin and toilet. Hair dryer supplied. Family bathroom with spa bath with shower, toilet and bidet. Both have electric points. Kitchen: Modern and stylish with ample storage. Fully equipped with table and chairs, cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle and toaster. Patio doors with electric security shutters lead out onto the terrace. Living Rooms: Large and stylish lounge/dining room. Fully equipped with two 3 seater leather sofas, one converts to a double bed, dining table for 6 with leather chairs, air con/heater, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, WI-FI. Patio doors with electric security shutters lead onto terrace. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival. An additional 1 hour midstay clean & towel/bed linen change can be arranged in advance at a charge, price on request. However, a washing machine and airers are provided for your use should you wish to do this yourselves.

There is a large pool surrounded by a lovely grassed area with outside lighting, a shower and sun loungers. Two brick built BBQs are available for your use with an outside sink. The large private terrace has sun loungers, patio table and chairs and outside lighting.

“Lovely Appartment”
Just returned from a week at the apartment. This is our second year on the Ma Partilha complex but the first at Casa Alvor. The apartment is lovely and spacious and there is plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The complex is circa 5 mins drive from the centre of Alvor; the bonus is that it’s a little quieter in the evening so perfect for families. There are 3 great restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend. The owners are efficient and friendly which made the booking process smooth. Will definitely rebook if returning to Alvor.

“Great, spacious apartment”
We have had a fabulous stay with two teenage girls here. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped. We have returned to Alvor for 6 years, first time in this complex though and it was great. The welcome booklet had many recommendations for eating / beaches to visit / trips etc. Some we have tried already and others we tried for the first time from reading the welcome booklet and we were not disappointed, adding these to our list when we hopefully will return next year! Nosoloaqua was a great place to cool off in the heatwave - only 10mins in a taxi. The surrounding neighbours were also very helpful and the girls made friends easily. I hope smile bar continues into next year - all the kids loved it there on an evening and we met some lovely families there. Thank you for letting us your apartment.
