Si affitta trilocale con due giardini di proprietà all'interno del residence "Terme di Casteldoria". Dentro il residence, e dunque a completa disposizione, due piscine riscaldate di acqua termale con idromassaggio, parco giochi attrezzato, spazi prendisole, area barbecue, posto auto privato.
L'appartamento è completamente nuovo e può comodamente ospitare un massimo di 6 persone. Dotato di termoconvettore per aria condizionata o riscaldamento in ogni stanza, TV con digitale già istallato e predisposizione per decoder sky,lettore DVD, lavatrice, arredamento completo e moderno.
