The cliff front 1000 sq.m Villa Aum is an amazing cliff-front villa set in a prestigious villa complex in the Balangan area of the Bukit.
The architecture and design were done by one of the known Australian and Balinese agencies, which have a big experience in constructing, designing and furnishing large complexes including the hotels. The villa has following facilities:
4 spacious bedrooms with its own bathrooms.
The big dinning with a spacious guest kitchen.
The big entertainment room including the billiard, gym facility and the home theater.
The big pool with a spacious pond.
The cliff front Bale with a massage facility.
The cliff front Jacuzzi.
The cliff front fire pit.
The separate staff area with a separate kitchen and two bedrooms.
The villa size, landscape and interior design make a very comfortable stay for a quite numerous visitors at the same time. The wise planned living sector areas, different villa’s levels, waterfalls, landscape design and the cliff front area make the family stay completely imperceptible and unique.
In addition, the private beach and the neighboring walking distance Ayana resort with its gorgeous and fascinating facilities including numerous restaurants, golf course, SPA and world know Bar on the Rock, make Aum stay is simply unforgettable.
Villa Aum will put at your disposal a complimentary car and driver for 8 hours every day. ( 8am - 10pm covering Seminyak, Jimbaran, or Bukit area). Standard day tour rates will be applied if you'd like to travel to other areas.
Please be advised Villa Aum's car can accommodate maximum 6 passengers. Should you require an additional car, further charges will occur.

Response from the manager Hi Akman We are really sorry for the poor review. We also were not aware that the neighbours had decided to do renovate until they had started. We did realise you weren't enjoying yourself and offered to move you to another villa, or refund you for the nights you did not stay. We tried our hardest to make sure the neighbours weren't making to much distirbuances, but they were on a deadline. They have now completed their work. We also offered one night refund at the end of your stay, as well as giving free cake, free day trips, discounts on your Yoga and Massages. It is really hard to control your neighbors and we are sorry that you were at Villa Aum during the construction stages next door. We hope that you can change the star rating to be more then 1 our of 5, as the rating is really due to factors that are out of our control. Regards The Villa Aum Team
