ANTALYA, BELEK, 2 BED,2 BATH HOLIDAY FLAT WITH POOL.FLAT IS IN THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN BELEK. IT'S A FIRST FLOOR FLAT IN A 3 STOREY BUILDING. IT HAS A BIG SWIMMING POOL WITH 2 SLIDES FOR CHILDREN, A GYM, A SAUNA, A BBQ PLACE IN THE GARDEN WITH 2 PICNIC TABLES AND 24 HOUR SECURITY. IT'S LOCATED 5 MINS WALK FROM THE TOWN CENTER AND OTHER AMENITIES, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND RIVERSIDE WALK.
THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS A DOUBLE BED AND IT'S ENSUITE. THERE IS A BIG BATHROOM WITH WC AND SHOWER. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 SINGLE BEDS, WHICH CAN BE PUT TOGETHER TO MAKE A DOUBLE BED IF WANTED. THERE IS PLENTY OF BEDSIDE CUPBOARDS AND WARDROBES IN BOTH BEDROOMS. OPEN PLAN KITCHEN WITH A VERY LARGE SITTING ROOM. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR-CONDITIONER. TV WITH SATELLITE, DVD PLAYER, WI-FI, 24 HOUR SECURITY,CLEANING LADY FOR GENERAL AREAS,BUT CAN BE HIRED TO CLEAN THE FLAT DURING THE STAY IF WANTED.
THE FLAT HAS ALL THE MOD-CONS SUCH AS, OVEN, COOKER,DISHWASHER,WASHING MACHINE,FRIDGE FREEZER,KETTLE,TOASTER,COFFEE MAKER, IRON AND IRONING BOARD. IT HAS 2 BALCONIES TO SIT, READ, RELAX AND SUNBATHE IN. THE BIG MAIN BALCONY HAS AN EXTRA TABLE OF 4/6 TO DINE OUTSIDE, WHICH IS EXCELLENT TO USE FOR BREAKFAST AND DURING LOVELY EVENINGS AS THE WEATHER IS NEARLY ALWAYS WARM AND SUITABLE FOR IT. IT IS A LOVELY AND BRIGHT PLACE. YOU CAN USE THE GYM AND SAUNA IN THE COMPLEX AS WELL. POOL IS GORGEOUS AND CLEANED DAILY.
BELEK IS A BEAUTIFUL GOLF RESORT WITH LOTS OF 5 STAR HOTELS, GOLF RESORTS. THE SEA AND THE BEACH IS ONLY 800 METRES AWAY AND YOU CAN TAKE A RIDE ON ONE OF THE OPEN TRACKS OPERATED BY THE MUNICIPALITY VERY REGULARLY TO GET THERE AND BACK.
BELEK IS ONLY HALF AN HOUR TO ANTALYA CENTER BY CAR. MINIBUSES ARE RUN EVERY HOUR TO ANTALYA BY THE LOCAL TRANSPORT AS WELL.BELEK IS NEAR TO MANY HISTORICAL SITES SUCH AS SIDE ANTIQUE CITY,ASPENDOS THEATRE, MANAVGAT WATERFALLS, RAFTING, AND MANY MORE ATTRACTIONS. CAR HIRE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
