Description
Magnificent sunsets are yours from our sound
side home & garden. Being in the narrow section
of the island you are only one undeveloped lot
from the ocean. Sunrise over the ocean &
beach activities so close.
Many of our guest have told us our home was the
perfect place for their family to reconnect. That
our location gave each family member a place
they could enjoy. Whether a member preferred
the ocean or sound, it was close by.
You will cherish this time spent together, in a home
that was built when the trolley went by its front porch
but provides modern amenites.
The wrap around porch is the perfect place to rock,
read or visit with family & friends.
Swimming, fishing, sunbathing & surfing are just steps
away. Shopping, museums, golf, wineries & more
close by.
For the boater in the family, from our dock to the ocean
is clear water. No bridges or power lines.
With the 4 bedrooms, family room, kitchen/breakfast
nook, formal dining room & porch on one level, it
makes for an ideal situation with younger children
& family gathering.
The shared sound side pier is ideal to sit, read, picnic
or just sit back an enjoy the boats going by.
Our floating dock (26 feet) works well for
fishing or mooring your boat. We are just a short
boat ride from the inlet or Masonboro Island
( A natural undeveloped island) without any
bridges in your way.
We do not rent to:
FRATERNITIES & SORORITIES, HOUSE PARTIES,
SPRING BREAKS PARTIES, or other such parties
unless request is submitted in writing & approved.
There may be an increase in security deposit and
increase in rent if party is approved. We have also
had to curtail pets because of some past pet owners.
