The "Beach Retreat" House

The "Beach Retreat" House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean View home with HD Digital Expanded Cable with 4 large HD TV's, Wi-Fi, larger living room with gas fireplace, large windows, plus a 2nd living room/rec room, 2 level 10 x 20 deck, hot tub, air hockey table, foosball table, pool table, custom built 12 ft play structure with tube slide and climbing wall just blocks from the casino/beach.

The "Beach Retreat" House is a beach cottage home about 7 rows back w/varying Ocean views, 4 bedrooms, dining room, large living room, and 2nd living room/rec room. Just at the entrance of Roads End, this home is only a few minutes walk to the Casino and just blocks from the beach. HD TV's include 55", 50", 42", 32" with HD digital expanded cable receivers, 1,000 watt home theater system w/Wi-fi built in for Netflix, Pandora, & Blue Ray, DVD players, wireless Wi-fi, foosball table, air hockey table, and pool table. Outdoor you will find HOT TUB w/OCEAN VIEWS, a 10' x 20' wood deck w/stainless gas BBQ, stone fire pit, and large hammock for afternoon nap beneath the ocean pine trees. Fully fenced pet friendly yard is so large, kids may get lost, ¼ acre. For the kid's, there is a custom built 12' play structure/"tree house" w/yellow tube slide, bubble dome, climbing wall, sandbox, 2 large swings, 2 disc rope swings, 1 toddler swing, and a trapeze bar w/rings. There is enough parking for 4 full size cars. Sleeps 9 guests on beds, but up to 10-12 w/temporary beds.

Beds: 3 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds (bunk bed and other is a day bed/trundle), 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and 1 Crib. There is an Aero Bed blow up mattress for temporary unplanned guests.

So whether you want to meander back from Chinook Winds Casino by foot or safely walk down to the beach from a cul-de-sac home, experience the possibilities the "Beach Retreat" House has to offer without breaking the bank. Check in: 4:00 pm. Check out: 11:00 am.

How do damage deposits work?

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
