Description
On the sound and nestled in the pines in Oyster Pointe our 2nd floor condo is home away from home. At 1485 square feet it is just the right size for a single family or a few couples will sleep 6-8. It is located at MP7 in a quiet area that makes you feel as if you live there. Our large deck complete with deck furniture and a grill, overlooks the pool. Updated floors, kitchen appliances and furniture in 2018. We provide a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, games, books, and DVD's. The condo is in excellent condition, grounds and pool are very well maintained. We are 1 mile from the beach. At the end of our street is Publix, Food Lion, the Dare Center, Lost Treasure golf, close to movie complex, Wright Monument, and restaurants. Walk or ride your bike on the paths located at the complex entrance along the sound for beautiful sunsets, or to the Wright Monument.
We do not allow pets. Non-smoking.

Response from the owner We are so glad you chose us for your vacation and hope you will return. It was always so nice to speak with you. AND we now have two coffee makers. You said you were serious coffee drinkers so the new one has a holding tank to keep 8-12 cups of coffee warm and also makes iced coffee. It will be there waiting for you! wish i could have gotten it to you while you were there.
