Description

This rental property is located in Gaylord's Michaywe resort community off I-75, just 3 hours from Detroit metro area. Home is located in a woodsy setting and features many amenities like HOT TUB, gas AND charcoal grills on huge back deck, propane fire pit, internet access, cable TV, A/C, first floor laundry, pool table and ping-pong table in basement...and a collection of board games and a video library. Netflix streaming was recently added for your viewing pleasure. Furniture updates and a new kitchen installed summer 2016. More pictures of unit available upon request. Contact owner's cell or email via this site. Rentals are available for short (weekend) or for weeks/months-long stays. For extra sleeping (besides the 3 bedrooms), there is a twin air mattress with pump behind the red loveseat in LR and a twin rollaway bed in basement.Rates remain consistent throughout year at $175/nite for less than a week plus $200-$300 security deposit plus $80 cleaning. NO smoking, NO pets! See rates for week, month.
