Fresh, light and airy apartment, that handle up to 3 persons. NOTE if at least 1 of the people are children up to 12 years old .

Well furnished terrace apartment that offer a breath taking sea view for pleasurable moments.The new beds keep really high standard and are comfortable.

Excellent choice also for the months during fall and winter. Special conditions for long stays during these months. Contact us!

Linen and towels are included for a weekly rental. The apartment is part of a duplex and at the top floor, with an area of ca 60 m2 + terrace. Less than 300 meters to the beach and some few minutes walk. The infrastructure fulfil almost any wishes.One bedroom with a comfortable bed sofa and a large wardrobe. The living room keep a nice large bed sofa and in a corner of the room there is 2 separate beds. Kitchen is equipped with, stove, micro, percolator and most accessors a kitchen requires.

All activities within the Golden Club area as well as their boat transfer to Ria Formosa which are free for us, are included in the price and confirmed ok by using the bracelete.

All facilities you need, to have a unforgettable holiday, three pools - two exterior and one indoor with jacuzzi, sauna and steam baths. Additionally there is a playground full of activities for the children, supervised by entertainers to keep your children happy while you relax.

We can NOT be responsible for if Golden Club's Services, of any reason should be temporarily be out of service.

The Golden Club charges a fee for the Mini-Club for children and for access to WIFI in the reception area.

If you prefer to have internet in the apartment, we offer you to rent our router for 10 € . You will have to buy the data for it . You will only have to buy the data amount that you intend to use during your stay.

The resort also has a gym for physical training, and a climbing wall for the more adventurous. Pending of the time off year, you will have access to activities, six days a week, as Water gymnastics, Aerobics, Step-up, Beach Volleyball, Canoeing, Tennis, Basketball, Football, Mini football, Petanque (Bowls), Darts and rental services with Furthermore there is rental services offering Canoeing, Bicycles, Horse-riding, water-sports, fishing, bird-watching, etc. all in close vicinity.Nearby there are 3 Golf courses: Benamor, Monte Rey and Quinta da Ria. Those nice fields are great to practice this sport and they have ideal climate and an invigorating ocean breeze.Cabanas de Tavira Beach is a wonderful small fishing village, located 7 km from Tavira with one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve.There are plenty of Restaurants nearby where typical cuisine of this region is served; good Portuguese wine, sea-food and fish specialities. One of the famous and typical local dishes are the “conquilhas” (small clams) which are picked along the beach.If looking for some night life one option is Golden Club's own outdoor entertainment with music.

Rules of the house on cleaning and on the exchange of linen and towels: Each apartment is placed at your disposal properly cleaned and supplied with bed linen and towels, according to the number of guests. For rentals of 2 or more full weeks, a cleaning and a change of sheets and towels at the end of each week is included. IF the client wants to order EXTRA exchanges of sheets, towels and cleaning: This costs 9€ / set / person (linens AND towels) This costs 6€ / set / person (linens OR towels) Extra cleaning costs 10€ / hour. We have cot, for small children. The rent of the cot cost 20€ per stay.
