Description

Hacienda Riquelme is an immaculately kept resort with an18 hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design (Jack Nicklaus company). It has tight fairways, big bunkers, treacherous greens and lakes. There are numerous other golf courses in the area and over the next couple of years the Nicklaus Golf Trail will be complete.

Note:- The apartment is ideal for keen golfers seeking the challenge of the many surrounding golf courses or anyone wanting a base to visit the local area and discover the beauty and treasures of Murcia.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony and views of the olive groves to the rear . It is equipped with two double sofas, a flat screen TV with digital TV showing Spanish and English channels, DVD/CD player plus a dining room table and chairs. The apartment is centrally heated throughout, with free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 and 2 - with 2 single beds in each room.

Both bedrooms have doors to small balcony, full air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes with hangers, bedside tables and lamps.

Separate bathroom with full-size bath, overhead shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet and bidet, towel rail.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. Iron and ironing board.

The balcony is furnished with glass topped table and 4 matching chairs, and small potted plants.

A refundable security deposit of £150 will be payable at the same time as the final payment. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Our Key-holder will supply details of how to collect the keys from the keysafe on arrival. Changeover day and arrival/departure times are currently flexible.
