Romantic apartment with heated swimming pool & sauna
The pictures posted are all the views from the apartment
Located on a quite street but at the same time you're just a few steps away from the beautiful port of St Jean Cap Ferrat ! With all amenities by foot .
Situated on the top floor, offering a magnificent sea view from a spacious terrace (35sq meters) of the two Cap Ferrat bays.
On the first level ( total of 40sq meters) have spacious kitchen and bathroom with shower & tub.,courtesy Bathroom ,and living area .
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor (15 sq meters).
All windows have unique and picturesque views.
Check in times 14:30h a 19:00h.
Check -out time 10:00h
* For late check-in from 19:00-20:00 will be a service charge of € 50 after 20:00 it is NOT possible to check-in . Payable directly to the person in charge to receving you.
Please get in touch before if your booking could have a late check-in . We can organize " ONLY IN ADVANCE " a speciall agreement if we are able to find a person able to delivery keys .

“Tranquil place”
Beautiful views over cap Ferrat. We spent many nights on the terrace sipping drinks watching the boats. Lovely place for amenities, bakery, bars, local grocery shop, bus stop. Many walks to be had here and lovely beaches, which are kept very clean. Would highly recommend.
