A stunning property located on the Alto Golf & Country club estate. This is not a commercial rental property, rather a family home, new to the market with plenty of character and life. Complete with high-class furniture and fittings to complement the extraordinary surroundings, guests will feel both special and comfortable in the property.

With a refreshing private pool, stunning well-maintained gardens, plenty of quality outdoor furniture as well as a large area at the back of the villa for various sporting activities, you can be sure that all guests will be well entertained. The property is also located 15 minutes walk away from the stunning beaches of the Algarve, in particular, the famous "tres irmaos" beach with its caves, other beautiful natural features as well as its fantastic restaurants is another reason why the property is perfect for those seeking the dream relaxed holiday.

For those who enjoy a little more activity in their lives, there is plenty to do by day and by night. 5 minutes from the property is the Alto golf course, which includes the longest hole in Europe; and provides entertainment for all ranges of ability. Moreover, the rental includes access to Alto Golf's tennis, gym, shuffleboard, indoor pool and sauna facilities should guests feel like a change of scenery ( located a 5/10 minute drive from the property).

The villa is also well serviced by a large number of typical Portuguese restaurants all of which offer great food at a low price and are a must-visit when coming to the Algarve. For those who have a tendency to want to feel closer to home, there is a vibrant ex-pat scene throughout the locale with a plethora of foreign restaurants, pubs and bars. The area surrounding the villa is also famous for having some of the most vibrant and diverse nightlife across the Algarve. Praia de Rocha, a short 10 minute cab journey from the villa, provides entertainment for those seeking a more clubbing and party-oriented trip. Those seeking a quiet drink can take a 5 minute taxi to Alvor, the small fishing village close to the property, and enjoy a cool drink overlooking the sea in one of the village's fantastic bars.

“Holiday Bliss”

We spent 8 nights in Villa 41 and from the moment of our arrival to departure it was simply bliss. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed all the amenities provided from the beautiful pool to the cosy beds! We loved being able to feel at home in the property...so relaxed. We love Alvor and have holidayed there for the past 15 years and it is simply magnetic...we keep going back.
