Description
Immersed in the green hills surrounding the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, which has always been considered one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, the country house Villa Magnolia will offer you an unforgettable experience.
The facility can accommodate up to 12 people, the interior and exterior spaces are large and comfortable, designed for both families and groups of friends.
The pool, garden and parking are private and reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa for ultimate privacy and the property is totally fenced.
This villa, dating back to the nineteenth century, has been subject of restorations and renovations over the years, made to adapt the property to the needs of the guests, while keeping intact the classic Tuscan style that sets it apart.
Privacy is an essential criteria: the private swimming pool (12x6 m - maximum depth 2,1 m - open from 01/05 to 30/10) and a large garden characterize the property. Large trees of fir, pine and oak make the environment healthy and fresh. The cultivation of fruit trees complete this evocative scenery and rich in colour.
The facilities available to guests include a barbecue, tables and gazebo for outdoor dining that can be combined with special dishes of the Tuscan tradition and a panoramic outdoor jacuzzi pool. Internet wi fi free included (inside and outside). Laundry complete of washing machine, iron and iron board. Pets allowed. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
The villa develops on two levels connected with each other with an internal staircase and by two independent external access.

The upper floor consists of: living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and another double bedroom (convertible into twin) with bathroom with bathtub.
