1 bedroom apartment renovated and equipped by the historical zone of grace, with a terrace of 70 m2 with perfect Grill for dining and leisure. Is furnished with all the comforts to provide you an excellent stay. A great option for couples or solo travellers wishing to centrality and enjoy a privileged location.

Children and infants are most welcome at no additional charge (we have a cradle).

The apartment is very sunny, has a capacity for 4 people and comprises a living room with kitchen (American style) fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, dining table, cable tv with international channels, Wireless internet and many other things to make you feel completely at home. Bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace.

Transportation to downtown Lisbon with the famous 28 Tram at the door and other transport (metro, bus) as well as all kinds of local trade and catering. Very close to the historical centre of Alfama (less than 10 minutes ' walk), next to the Miradouro da Graça and the da Senhora do Monte, where you can enjoy the best view of Lisbon.

Response from the owner Usually we do not answer to comments, but in this case we are forced to clarify some points: - We want that all guests to have a 5 star experience in our beautifully city; - By our standards the apartment is kept exceptionally clean - The location is exactly what is mentioned in the site. Is in a historic area (Graça) where is possible to walk to a lot of touristic points ( Alfama, St Jorge Castle, various points of view). Is 2 kms away from center, near restaurants, commerce, etc. Lisbon is the city of seven hills... - we are constantly replacing the kitchen utensils and the bed sheets , and I really don’t understand the criticism. We're sorry that you don´t enjoyed our apartment accommodation experience, but we are aware that we can never please everyone. Thank you for your feedback.
