Open plan living Space; log burning fire, fantastic views out to sea ensure this is a memorable holiday home for all who visit.

“A real treat”

“Perfect venue for a family Christmas”
Fantastic house right on the sea front with miles of sand to walk the dog on. The house was very well equipped with everything needed to cater for our family of four over Christmas. Central heating worked so well that we never needed to light the wood burner. House was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Three minor points; 1- cooker has trouble getting up to temperature. 2 - hot water difficult to fill bath as only can be done at a very slow speed. 3 - Although no fault of the owners, next door ignored the policy of leaving dogs alone in the property and every day left their two dogs for hours at a time who constantly yapped during the times that they were left which was very noticeable even above the volume of our TV.

“Perfect New Year!”
Just back from the most perfect new year break here! Great communication before arrival. Arrived to a lovely gesture of mince pies and the most perfect beach house. We loved the Log burner - added to the feel of the cottage. Catored for all of our needs, all mod cons included and a main bedroom with an extremely comfy bed with views to due for! Having the beach on our door step was amazing, especially with a 4 yr old who wanted to build sand castles! Can totally recommend going to Horsey to see the seal pups, was a great way to spend New Year's Day. Will defiantly book again and I totally recommend staying here. Thank you so much Michael!
