A comfortable home, elegantly furnished, situated high up against Signal Hill, above the historic village of Greenpoint. It has stunning seaviews, including Robben Island, the Greenpoint Botanical garden and golf course and the CT Stadium, all of which are within walking distance.
THE home features, main bedroom en suite with sea views, a further double bedroom en suite and a further double bedroom with courtyard garden and a full family bathroom across the passage. A modern spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with eat in bar counter, dining and lounge with lovely sea views, leading out onto a roof terrace with awesome views . It has been recently completely renovated and modernised.

THE POOL is a compact splashpool and has splendid ocean views leading off the patio. There is a child - safety net
FEATURES: air conditioning, satellite tv, wifi, serviced 2x per week and has a lock up garage, electric fencing all round.
WALKING DISTANCE: 5 - 10 minutes down the hill are: Mouliepoint * Seapoint beach - promenades; Greenpoint Botanical Garden; Mouliepoint Golf Course; The Cape Town Stadium; gourmet deli's; trendy historic village of Greenpoint with fine restaurants and some pubs & clubs. Virgin Active gym. and tennis club

BEACHES: Clifton ,& Camps Bay are a mere 6 km away, easy to reach by car within minutes. On foot you can take a leisurely walk through the charming historic village and will reach the best Deli's restaurants and cafes; a few minutes further through the Botanical Garden brings you to the beach and promenade. A few minutes going east you reach the V&A waterfont on foot. Go west and you can walk along the promenade for many km along the seaside. Ubers are instantly available and very inexpensive 24/7. Topless bus, hop on hop off is lots of fun and takes you almost everywhere; even to the winelands.
VICTORIA & ALBERT WATERFRONT: an awesomely beautiful playground which is the hub of activity in Cape Town , is only 2 km away. Amazing shopping malls, restaurants, boat trips and entertainment abounding.
NIGHTLIFE: Famous Long street pubs & restaurants or the Waterkant nightlife are a few minutes away by car. Greenpoint' trendy restaurants you can do on foot. Taxis are easy to get 24hrs a day and will cost you approx. R45.

Response from the owner Hi Frank thanks for your review. The house is undergoing a comprehensive renovation as from 15 February and will be upgraded substantially. Fibre optic wifi was only very recently made available in our area and I had to fight with our service provider to get it installed in time for you. They installed the router in a remote part of the house , which meant that the main bedroom it did not function. I look forward to host you again and see the surprise on your face when you see the new house. :-) . Best regards Tobias
