Description

"L'Olivier" is the downstairs apartment of the Villa “Na Mara” situated on the French Riviera close to the village of Boulouris, 3 km from St Raphaël on the coast road between St Raphaël and Cannes.

The property is fully landscaped and has its own 10x5 heated 27°C pool which is shared between the 2 apartments.

Ideally situated 50m from the beach.

Rental includes an independent studio allowing a comfortable stay for up to 8 people.

We are classified as a 4 star seasonal rental on the Tourist Office website of Saint Raphaël.

Villa Na Mara is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach, 4 km from Saint Raphael.

The Var is the as yet undiscovered area of the Cote d'Azur.

Easy access to all amenities, incl supermarket 50 meters from the villa, all shops, post office and train station and market on Monday mornings in the village of Boulouris and excellent restaurants for eating out.

Very large apartment.Own private pool, heated between April and October, shared between the 2 apartments "La Mer" and "L'Olivier" with a security cover (when not in use) for the safety of the children.

Own garden with a barbecue area with a large patio area.

"Le Palmier" (studio) is rented with "L'Olivier" Apartment for a stay of more than 6 people.

"Le Palmier" has 1 sofa bed downstairs and a mezzanine with a further 2 beds plus a shower room with toilet..

With one double, a room with bunk beds and a sofa bed area plus "Le Palmier" (studio) "L'Olivier" is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

In July and August rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday

Airport Bus Service from Nice airport to St Raphaël (4 per day). The Bus Depot is behind St Raphaël train station. Car Hire available at Nice airport and in St Raphaël. Train All trains stop at St Raphaël station including the TGV (4h30 from Paris) Nice St Augustin (15mn walk from the Nice airport) TER TER serves all stations between St Raphaël and Nice and stops at Boulouris station (500m from the apartment) Bus to St Raphaël every hour (200m from the apartment).
