Description

This one bedroom villa has a separate bedroom and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your own meals and just relaxing. For your convenience, there is also free wifi as well as free unlimited calling to USA, Canada, and the UK.

A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's.

The complex is located on a beautiful white sand beach so you can enjoy the ocean waters or go for a nice walk.

In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays.

Getting around

The best way to get around is by taxi. Most restaurants and the shopping plaza on Paradise Island are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). If you should want to go to the many restaurants just on the other side of the bridge into Nassau, you are just a short cab ride away (between $12 -$18 depending on where you want to go). You may even take a water taxi from the foot of the bridge to the downtown area and the famous straw market. That costs a few dollars each way.

We have stayed here twice. Both times enjoyable. Viola's has great food. The villas are older but kept very clean. The beach is beautiful and you are only steps from Atlantis.
