Description

It is a newly reconstructed house, with comfort of modern homes, and maintaining the constructive characteristics and charm of old houses, as high baseboards, ceiling height of 3.8 meters, height doors, stone walls and “tabique” walls.

It is located in the center of Porto, 500 meters from the Town Municipality and the Avenue of the “Aliados” and it's 200 meters from the central metro station of Porto – “Trindade”, with direct metro connection to the airport.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a bedroom (king bed), dining room, living room (sofa bed), bathroom, kitchen and a terrace. This apartment is possible to accommodate 2-4 people and has75 square meters plus 10 square meters of terrace.

(For groups until 12 persons , it is possible to connect this apartament whith other, and connnect the two terraces.)

Don't need a car to visit the city.

Easy connections with other cities of Portugal.

A few meters from the apartment there are restaurants, supermarket and grocery store and bakery.
