Description

La Pichoune - a charming, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom unit. Compact, but with everything for a wonderful tranquil and romantic holiday in Provence.

The location: a large 1 ha wooded property with 3 fully private units.

La Pichoune - full privacy. You have your own entrance to the property.

Outside, surrounded by huge old trees, is a terrace with patio furniture, lawn chairs, and a barbecue.

You enter. There is every comfort, including a pool, AIR CONDITIONING and central heating.

You enter through large French doors with 3 panels, so you have for a wonderful view onto the terrace with trees around it and Mont Ventoux in the distance.

In the living room, there is a couch - a BZ - , which opens into a very comfortable queen size bed.

The kitchen is made from an antique Provence buffet - plus it has a complete stove (4 burners).

There are also a small dining room table, a coffee table, an armoire for storage, and a TV plus DVD player. Also internet WIFI.

On the walls is art work.

The bedroom of this tranquil Provence rental is in soft pale greens, with a double bed, a large antique armoire, and a writing desk. There is also a closet for ample storage.

The bathroom has a shower.

Large pool (4m x 10m). The pool is far enough from the house that anyone swimming does not disturb anyone sleeping.

No smoking. Pet friendly. Dogs and cats welcome, but please enquire.

Perfect for a couple. Fine for 4.

You are between Carpentras and Mazan, on a very quiet tiny road close to vineyards. Near the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. More than that you are in the heart of Provence. Close to:

- l'Isles sur la Sorgue and the Fontaine de Vaucluse;

- Luberon, with villages dating from the Middle Ages;

- famous Cote du Rhone vineyards.

“Fabulous location and lovely gite”

Very comfortable gite, peaceful and secluded. Amazing views and not too far from anywhere. The owner was very helpful, and so was the housekeeper:) pool is lovely and there is almost no light polluti… More
