Description
Casa Luciana is located minutes from San Bartolomeo al mare, Diano Marina and deer, a twenty minutes from Imperia, and one hour from Genoa and the Riviera.
This is a characteristic country house completely and finely renovated, located in a small Ligurian village of Riva Faraldi, just 4.5 km from the sea. Ideal for walking, hiking and mountain biking. Brooks and a small pond where they take the cool in summer at about 10-minute walk away.
Less than 1.5 kilometres, a small ranch offers beautiful horseback riding with American-style mount: an opportunity to visit the natural park of the deer. Within minutes the restaurant ' presses ' to Daniels Fahy. A 10-minute drive either the Deer rock spagge and 20 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of stone and rocks of the Galleass (Imperia). In September the ' vintage sails meeting in Imperia.
The House consists of two apartments of approximately 55sqm each. Luciana Street floor 2 (a small pedestrian street) and Luciana 3 garden plan, to which the apartment Luciana 2 accesses via the external staircase leading to the garden. The garden is decorated with a gazebo, deck, table, chairs and grill.
Each floor consists of kitchen, living room with beds (2 beds on the ground floor, Garden floor 1), double room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower.
It is possible to rent the whole House (sleeps 7) or just an apartment (on request).

The parking lots are free and in the vicinity (from 30 to 50 metres away).
Ideal for a comfortable holiday in Liguria di Ponente.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped. Heating and air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, TV, radio, wireless internet, small kitchen appliances. It is also possible to have breakfast service on request. The owner lives in the House next door.
