The villa is a modern luxury 200 m2 house in Vogar. 35 minutes drive from Reykjavik. 20 minutes drive from Keflavik international airport. 15 min drive to Blue Lagoon. 60 min drive to Golden Circle. It has a panorama view to the ocean. The house, heated up with geothermal heating, has three bedrooms.

One room with a King size bed and two rooms with Queen size beds.

There are two bathrooms, a big kitchen area, fireplace and a living room. There is also a 15 m2 leisure room / LegoLand in the garage with toys and 1 Queen side and 1 single bed.

Outdoor is a 100 m2 terrace with a hot tub for 6 persons, a large barbecue grill, outdoor fireplace and garden furniture.

You can take hikes beside the ocean straight from the house. The golf course is 10 min drive and 3 other golf courses within 30 min drive.
