Glamorous and graceful loft, well renovated semi-detached in a privileged position in the heart of the historic center of Catania, facing the Castello Ursino, an ancient fortress built by Frederick II of Swabia. This ancient working-class area is now totally revitalized and is the heart of city life and the gastronomic center of Catania's popular culinary culture.
The apartment consists of a double-height open space, very bright, with an entrance hall, dining area and living area where there is a double sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the medieval castle. The equipment is completed by a comfortable kitchen equipped with all the accessories to make your stay comfortable. The sleeping area consists of a very comfortable double bed, deco bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bathroom with shower.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, linen, towels, kitchen utensils, iron with ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob , microwave oven, refrigerator, electric and gas kettle, hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet/bidet combination.
There are also: LED TV, DVD player, books/magazines, tourist brochures and leaflets, basic information, free wifi.
A few steps from the Duomo it is possible to easily reach all the most interesting and symbolic places of the city, its culture and its architecture. A few meters away is the historic market of the fish market, the museum, the Benedictine monastery, the cathedral, the Etnea (main street of the city and seating area), the Greek amphitheater and the Odeon, the opera Vincenzo Bellini . In the evening, the square surrounding the Ursino Castle is full of typical and well-priced restaurants. Main rooms and pubs are in vogue right next to the square. From here you can definitely enjoy the city in full of its attractions.
For those arriving by car, it is possible to get around the square for a fee and for free.
Our accommodations are cleaned by professional and qualified personnel, sheets and towels are included with cleaning and supply carried out by a professional laundry which guarantees sterilisation.

“Lovely apartment , great location”
Stayed in the week leading up to Easter. We both enjoyed our stay, the apartment is ideally located, five minute walk to the fish market. Lots of local restaurants within a two minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished and in a quiet location.
