Modern Villa situated in a semi rural area, but within immediate vicinity of all amenities.The property has spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms(2 doubles and 1 with two sofa large beds) , 1 en suite with bath and shower over, and a nice terrace off the main bedroom. Bed 2 with double bed and 3 with two large sofa beds) with sea views at far distance.
Open plan lounge/dining area with open fire in case of a chilly evening, 1 full shower room and a downstairs cloakroom. Fully fitted modern kitchen units with Washing Machine, fridge and cooker/hob There is a reasonable sized , private garden area with patio and barbecue Excellent views to Serra dos Candieiros and to Sao Martinho do Porto bay. Situated in a peaceful, small village with its own supermarket (selling all daily requirements and more!) and coffee shop.2 Minutes from the motorway - A8 and just 50 minutes to Lisbon airport.Caldas da Rainha is just 10 minutes away and has a fruit/veg market daily. All the main shops are there, with a large Mall with Cinema. English movies on local cinema have sub-titles (so you can still watch them if you don't speak Portuguese), based in the Vivaci Shopping centreThe historic town of Obidos is only15 minutes away with its impressive castle and town walls coupled with the beautiful cobbled streets, plentiful character restaurants and gift shops.Alcobaca 15 minutes with very large monastery and also Batalha within 30 minutes.Lisbon downtown can be found within 50 minutes away. With all things you can find in capital city.Various golf courses within around 30 minutes:Bom Sucesso Golf Course• Botado Golf Course• Campo Real Golf Course• Golden Eagle Golf Course• Praia d'el Rey Golf Course• Vimeiro Golf Course Then the beach!!!!!!! Sao Martinho do Porto is just 8 minutes away with a beautiful, golden, sandy beach and plenty of restaurants overlooking the bay. There is also the famous beach of Peniche (Praia Dos Supertubos- famous beach for its world Rip Curl Pro competition 02-20/10/2013) 25 minutes away and Nazare Beach/Town its only 20 minutes away too. Other Local quiet beach found in the area Salir do Porto - 10 minutes and Foz do Arelho 20 minutes plus more....An ideal base for anyone seeking a lot of sight seeing to the main monuments in the area and looking to relax on the sandy beach nearby

“The Silver Coast”
What did we not see! The beaches are fantastic and not far away. The local town of Sao Martinho do Porto had everything including an evening walk along the quay side. If there’s a negative , it’s the number of properties housing barking dogs. It’s off putting if just walking in the village. The property itself is spacious and secure. A great spot to explore the coastline and many of the inland towns with their traditions.

Response from the owner Cher invité. Merci pour les commentaires et heureux que vous aimiez la maison. En termes de mouches ou de moustiques. On aurait pu leur fournir quelque chose pour les tuer. Nous avons demandé si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose plusieurs fois sans réponse. Mon nettoyeur a signalé que les murs étaient pleins de mouches mortes. Elle a dit que quelqu'un les avait tués dans les murs. Ce qu'elle a dû passer des heures à le nettoyer. Ce qui était plutôt décevant. Lorsque les températures sont chaudes, vous pouvez attraper des mouches à la campagne. Je ne peux que m'excuser de ne pas répondre à vos normes. Mais en rapportant cela, nous pourrions vous aider. “Maravilla de apartamento”
Nos alojamos 6 dias, para conocer la zona y playas, el apartamento es enorme, con todo tipo de comodidades, todo esta nuevo, es como si estuvieras en tu casa, esta situado muy cerca de Alfeirezao, hay supermercado y bares en las proximidades. Angelo estuvo pendiente de nosotros y como bienvenido nos obsequió con una botella de vino y pastas.
