Description
Apartment on the 4th floor at the marina of Antibes just a few steps from the historic center and beaches. A quiet residence and very good with lift, garage and security in a very sought after area. The apartment is approximately 60 square meters with a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace of 18 sqm complete with outdoor dining table with a beautiful view of the marina. Fully equipped kitchenette with built-in washing machine. Two bedrooms, one with large double bed 160 and a smaller one with a double bed 140. A full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and a full separate toilet with sink and bidet. Garage with direct elevator to the floor -1. Condition of the standard is high and includes parquet flooring in all rooms, a nice decor chosen for us with an Italian cuisine of high standing and all the comforts needed less air conditioning. The house is fully equipped to be lived a long time. The old town is 200 meters, the nearest beaches are 300 meters away. All shops and amenities are nearby. The train station is 200 metri.Per guests there are two bicycles to get around comfortably. SPECIAL OFFERS for long stays.
