Description

This is a Premium Villa in the famous Oura/Montechoro area, close to the "Stripp" and Golden beeach. This a property with modern architecture, spacious offering air conditioned/heated bedrooms, with its own private pools for adults and children, barbecue, outside dining area overlooking the pool and with lovely views of the local area.

As you enter the main door you´ll find a beautiful entrance, with large hall that provides access to the rooms in the groundfloor and stairs to the basement and first from. from this hall you will have on your right the main living room (with fireplace, very spacious).

Right, in front the very spacious kitchen, on the left a bathroom and a double bedroom. On the Right a very large living and dining room. Also in front, the stairs go up to the first floor and go down to the garage and games room.

The spiral staircase going up will provide you with an amazing view of a domme made up of tiny bricks like the old castles or churches. This is a particular litle detail that makes this a very pleasant house. On the first floor you have a special reading room in open space, that provides space for gaming, reading, watching tv, or children to play. The first floor has bathroom with jacuzzi, and three bedrooms: a double bed, a twin bedroom and a huge in-suite with dressing room and a spacious bathroom.

The Games room has a billiard table space for other activities for children to play.

This house has top quality furniture like sofas in real leather, very spacious living room with LCD and sattelite tv with English channels, room with snooker game, kitchen and all bathrooms are equipped with quality granite topped units.

ATTENTION: Extension from 4 to 6 bedrooms. The Villa has a two bedroom in the basement, which can be rented as an extension.
