Description

Here we have two four star holiday cottages (Ivy & Oak) with countryside views,outside flat lawned garden with picnic benches accessed through a patio door. Situated at Dunvant on the edge of the Gower Peninsular, with a cycle/brideleway which leads to the wonderful area of Mumbles and the picturesque expanses of the Gower beaches ideal for water activities.

.The cottages are located a few miles from Swansea city centre, and the Gower beaches can be reached by car. Also there are the Brecon Beacons and Pen y Fan, popular with hill-walkers.

The cottages sleep up to four people easily, and are comfortably furnished for a family, however they will also suit a party of two as you will find a lovely spacious yet cosy place to stay .Well equipped 4 star (Visit Wales) graded accommodation, with two bedrooms and shower room, downstairs cloakroom /toilet, open planned living area and fully fitted kitchen.

The local club is a short walk away offering bingo and a weekly concert/ show. KiIllay is short distance away where there is a selection of shops bars and restaurants.

Swansea City Centre is a short drive away with new bars and plenty of places to eat and many more attractions to suit all the family, also retail parks are closer by.

The cottages are also reasonably close to link roads which lead to West Wales, Mid Wales and Cardiff.

If Ruth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
