Cozy double bedroom for 2 people with breakfast in the heart of a Provencal Mazet. Bathroom and facilities shared.
Ideal for a trip passing by Provence. It is located in a pine forest in the Aix countryside - 10miles far from city center
Ideally located in the heart of Provence, between Aix-en-Provence and Salon de Provence, let me introduce you to a cozy double bedroom (max 2ppl).
Just open your double gazed windows and you are straight away walking on a fabulous terrace in a Provencial renovated Mazet on a plot of 3700 m2, Situated in the lovely authentic village of Saint-Cannat, on the road of Rognes (commonly called "The Wine Route").
NB: Small interior and exterior esthetic things need to be completed however it is not affecting at all health and safety side. (more pictures can be provided upon request).
- Non smoking house (smoking is permitted outside but be careful because pine trees nearby).
- 140 m2 tiled terrace partly shaded by an oak and an awning (see photo)
- Natural Garden pinewood
This is the ideal room based for exploring Provence, Camargue, creeks of Marseille, Cassis through the Luberon without forgetting the
Ste Victoire mountain, Côte d'Azur, Saint-Tropez, Cannes ... and come back for a quiet at night.
You will be located in the heart of Summer Festivals: International Opera Festival in Aix-en-Provence (10 mi), International Piano Festival at la Roque d'Anthéron (8 mi), International Theatre Festival of Avignon (30 mi).
For sportives, possibility of biking and running from the house, golf club nearby.
Zoo and castle of La Barben few minutes far from the house.
