This lovely south facing Villa is located on a hillside just 4 km west of Albufeira famous for the hillside, called The Hill of The Eagle (Cerro da Águia). Here you can enjoy amazing views to the Atlantic Ocean.
The nearest beach at São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia da Galé are approximately 4 to 5 km away. You'll also find a supermarket, restaurant nearby. Facilities as Zoomarine & Water Parks are only a quick 10to15m drive away and Albufeira city centre just 6Km where you will find lots of fun and entertainment.
The villa is 165m2 on a 620m2 plot and has its own private oval-shaped pool (6x3m) and sun terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun. There is also a built-in barbecue for enjoying a pleasant evening outside dining under the stars and warm climate.
This Villa has a lounge/dining room with sofa, small hall, equipped kitchen elec oven , washing machine,dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, iron& iron-board. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor plus a double bedroom. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, and a shower/wc room on the ground floor. A safe is also in the house. WIFI . Air conditioning is on the groundfloor-Living room and bedroom on the groundfloor.
This house is ideal for a Family-Holiday.

“Superb villa”
Lovely clean tidy villa and would have no hesitation staying again. Personally, a car is essential as you are quite remote. One point that I should mention the correct title of the villa is Casa Mario, Cerro da Aguia. Once found we were well pleased.

“Great place for holidays with friends or family”
The house is really big and clean in quite area. Perfect if you want just to relax next to a swimming pool or to visit different beach every day (for example by rented car). Great view to the ocean!

“Casa mario”
We stayed at this lovely villa for 9 nights,the location is beautiful with lovely views from the pool and the very large upstairs balcony. The brand new kitchen with dishwasher is lovely and the washing machine in the outside annex was a great surprise and very handy. The weather was very hot high 30 degrees we found sleeping at night in temperatures in the bedrooms in the very high 20,s difficult I would suggest that the owner Celia might look to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as the fans in these rooms are insufficient to make sleeping easy I would certainly book this villa again if air consigning was installed and would be happy to pay an increased rental cost to help to pay towards Celia recovering the outlay over the coming years The pool was lovely but some tiles in the mosaic pattern are dropping off Overall a great villa Brian fleet 26/6/17
