Description

Quinta da Breia is situated in the beautiful Lima valley, just a few Km from the market towns of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca in a region where summer days are long and pleasant. The house is situated within easy access for the Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês. The village of S. Paio de Jolda is in easy access of the motorway, the nearest exit only being 5 Km away, allowing you to enjoy the marvelous white sandy beaches of Viana do Castelo and the surrounding area of vineyard and pine forests.

Casa de São José was the former home of the Quinta da Breia overseer with two floors, surrounded by trees and overlooking the vineyards and mountains to the south. Within the walls of the farm, this house is independent from all other accommodation houses on the farm. The car access gate to the house leads to a large garden with a small forest and a private pool. Entering the kitchen door we find ourselves in a modern space with the old fireplace and bread oven right at the entrance and a central space with a large counter, with built-in electric stove and oven, a capsule coffee machine, the electric kettle and a toaster , with multiple drawers with all kitchen utensils. In another space, the sink, the dishwasher, the refrigerator with freezer and the microwave and the dishes for meals. Next to the French windows that give access to the garden, the dining room with a table and eight chairs. A door gives direct access to the porch where a table, chairs and a small sofa allow meals outside. From the kitchen we pass to the living room with the old entrance door that gives access to the garden and the swimming pool and two access doors to the bedrooms. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs, a side table, two small tables and a dresser. Both bedrooms have two single beds, a nightstand, a small dresser, a coat rack and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Descending the wooden stairs, we have access to the lower floor and to a space with a somersault sofa and four window doors that give access to an outside space with resting chairs and an entrance door to the bedroom with two single beds, a coffee table. headboard, a cabinet with drawers and a bathroom complete with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Outside, the garden with several fruit trees and camellias has a barbecue and access to the shared games park and washing machine. Internet access (wireless)

The change of bath towels is carried out after 3 nights and change of bed linen after 7 nights.
