The property in itself measures 4 acres and it is located in the middle of a conservation area with unique plantation indigenous to this Mediteranean scrubland which is situated roughly 800 mt. away from the sea, easily reachable within 3 kilometres of paved road.
The nearby beaches of Scivu and Piscinas are considered to be nature's paradise - tucked away from the chaos of everyday life, and Scivu specifically has received 5 Legambiente awards / awards from Legambiente, an Italian environmental association.
This area of unspoilt natural beauty, promotes wildlife such as deer, pink flamingos and turtles migrate here annually to lay their eggs on the beaches.
