Description
The villa is situated just two miles away from the town of Bracciano, from the train station that connects the capital, and not far from the historical Forum Clodii with the ancient church of San Liberato (I sec.), and the Castello Orsini-Odescalchi.
Villa "La Spiaggetta" (sqm. 300), so called because of its unique location on the lake shore, is furnished with furniture of great value and representation, two lounges, one of which the music lovers will benefit from a grand piano perfectly in tune, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen with fireplace (sqm 30th), four bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 bathrooms.
Outside, a large porch with barbecue, overlooking a pool where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Castle.
A well-tended garden of an acre with lush plants, thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, extends down to the shores of the lake, with olive trees, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, flowers and plants of all kinds.
It also includes a children's playground, the dependence of the guardian of the Villa, Laundry and ironing area, direct access to Lake Bracciano with private beach and a large parking area.

“Excellent Villa”
We spend a week in this wonderful place selebrating our mothers birthday. We had a grate holiday at this beautiful Villa. Bracciano is a nice little town and the other towns around the lake are also nice places to visit. Children had a nice time swimming in the pool and adults relaxind by the pool and beautiful garden. You can eat grapefruit, lemon and oranges straight from the trees in the garden. Carla and other staff was very helpful and we had help with all we asked for. Thank you about superb service and renting your beautiful Villa! Would recomnend this place to everyone +close to Rome +beautiful Villa with pool beside the lake +exellent service +Children friendly place

“A superb villa in a great location”
We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Bracciano; enjoyed the villa to the full, including beach, pool, gardens, beautiful villa and grand piano...what a treat; I hadn't played on one since at school, so many years ago. The restaurants in Bracciano are the best! We did venture out of town, and had some lovely meals, but returned the next night to more local. The castle in Bracciano is a must! Also Rome is only an hour away by train and easy peasey!!

“Fabulous holiday”
the process before arriving was excellent, Carla was very helpful and we were not disappointed on arrival. We were met by Carla and given all information and she helped us sort out car hire (which is important at this villa) and taxis back to the airport on day of departure. The accommodation was perfect for a relaxing family holiday, beautiful gardens and views to the lake. Visited the local towns around the lake and often found ourselves in bracchino during the evening to eat out. Everyone was so friendly. Would love to go back
