A romantic old farmhouse restored between meadows and wooded hills, fields of wheat and sunflowers, in the enchanting Alta Valle del Tevere, between Perugia and Assisi on the border between Tuscany, Romagna and Marche. Nestled in a lush private park (3 acres) of pines and cypresses with pool, bocce ... a return to the past and natural rhythms, away from any stress.
For art lovers: there are many walks in the nearby historical centre (Città di Castello, Gubbio, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Anghiari, Pieve s.Stefano...) For music lovers, the region offers many events such as Umbria Jazz, Chamber Music Festival in Perugia, the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto's ... For those who love sport mountain biking, swimming, sailing and windsurfing on Lake Trasimeno to explore small islands in the middle of the Lake (20 min. drive). Tennis and golf (18 holes) at 3 km.
