Beautiful penthouse in Nea Smyrni area - Athens. Nea Smyrni is one of the safest and nicest areas of Athens, close to Athens downtown.
Access by tram and subway to Athens downtown (30')
beach (by tram 10').
Pireus by tram (30'). The penthouse is on the 5th floor (last floor), 70 m2, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, two balconies where you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or drink. Next to the penthouse can be found all kind of stores. It is renovated, full of daylight, natural gas heating. Children park just 3' walk. Guests over 25 years old are preferred.Pets
