Superking or twin beds, wall-mounted flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player, wet-room with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a private patio. 4* rated by Visit England. A real home from home.

Mollett's Farm is perfectly placed for a stay in the glorious Suffolk countryside. Stunning landscapes filled with forests and sweeping arable farmland and a coast woven with enchanting estuaries make Suffolk a favourite for visitors and artists.

Each Stable Studio has all the facilities you will need and there is even a laundry on site. If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, you'll love the touches we've made to make your stay more comfortable (we can provide an Access Statement on request). Freshly laundered linen and towels are provided for every guest.

The Perfect Suffolk Escape - Mollett's Farm is a great place to stay and relax, whilst also providing excellent access to all that the Suffolk Heritage Coast has to offer. Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford, Woodbridge, Framlingham, RSPB Minsmere, Walberswick and Southwold are all nearby.

Getting around

If you've arrived by car, then you're only 15 minutes from the sea at Aldeburgh and the same from the heritage towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham. Our nearest shop and cafe restaurant is however only 500m away and walkable along the edge of our fields (or just around the corner by car). Walking will also connect you to the network of footpaths criss-crossing our land. There are five good pubs within three miles (which all serve food) and several local taxi companies available if you need one. Buses connect us with the local towns and Ipswich, and the stops are around half-a-mile away. Some of our more intrepid visitors have cycled here from Saxmundham railway station and continued to explore the area in the same fashion!

Wherever possible we'll always welcome you personally, to provide an opportunity to answer questions and share local information. After that, it's up to you how much contact you wish to have - although we're always happy to make new friends!

How do damage deposits work?
