Available all year round, easy access to Afandou, Kolymbia and Tsampika beach, one of the best beaches on the island. With plenty to see and do on the island including Lindos and Rhodes Old Town, it's a perfect home in the sun.

The rear garden and pool terrace are met with a lawn, soft planting and lighting. The beautifully lit swimming pool measures 8x4m (26x13ft). The spacious sun terrace around pool includes a table, six chairs, sofa, 2x arm chairs and built in barbecue.

The front garden boasts off road parking for up to 4 cars with one shaded space under a Bourgonvillia laced pergola. Colourful hebiscus planting runs along the front wall with Apricot and Lemon trees beyond and Jasmine by the front door. Two young fragrant Frangipanie trees and an Olive tree lead you around the back with Lavendar lining the garden wall.

The terrace is the perfect place to relax whilst taking in the sea views whilst sipping a glass of wine and feeling the breeze from the sea or entertining friends and family.

“Fantastic Villa with everything you need and great views in a lovely location.”

Having a car makes life much easier and would recommend using the company suggested by the owners. The surrounding area and villages were great for eating out and watersports at local beach good. Lindos and Pefkos great for a trip out. Rhodes town very busy and if driving not for the faint hearted! Water park excellent but not well sign posted off of the main Rhodes road so get good instructions beforehand. Waterproof footwear recommended as park floor very hot and can burn your feet. Overall we had a wonderful two weeks and will definitely return.

Loved the villa; clean, modern, spacious for 4. didn't think much of Kolymbia, one street full of nothing much but if you have a car (and you must for this location or you are stranded) then you are near enough to everything you will need. 30 minutes to Rhodes Town, 15 minutes to Faliraki (what a run down dump that is) and lots of scenery nearby. Afandou a quaint Greek town with food to match. Owners very good at getting back in touch. I would take a week there, glorious weather

Response from the owner We are very happy you enjoyed Villa Petalutha and were pleased with the service we provided. Kolymbia and Afandou cater for different types of holiday maker. Afandou is one of the largest and oldest villages on the Island of Rhodes, with a population of about 7500 people. Almost anything you may need can be found there as it has bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds amongst its narrow and winding streets. Kolymbia hosts one of our favourite restaurants, Lemonaki, which overlooks the bay and the superb Sensi Mar Spa recently opened to the public. Although smaller and more tourist orientated, it does have convenience stores and bars to cover the essentials. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the island, however busses run frequently throughout the day with the nearest stop at the bottom of the hill. The island taxi service is also excellent. We do hope you visit again.
