Description

This first floor apartment is about 100 sqm with a 50 sqm terrace. This apartment has three entrances, two are from the garden into the living room and one is from the garden on to the terrace and from there into the kitchen. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. There is a gas oven and gas rings, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines. There is also a washing machine. From the kitchen you can walk into the large living room where you will find fireplace, dining area and lounge area furnished with chairs and a wicker-work sofa. There is a sofa which converts to a double bed. From the living room there is a corridor leading to the bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the left, has two bunk beds and a large wardrobe, then there is a bedroom with double bed followed by a bedroom with double bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is a large bathroom with shower cubicle. The terrace has a wrought iron gazebo with chairs and a large marble table and there are four sunbeds. In the garden is an external hot shower and there is a barbecue.

The accommodations are situated in a modern villa in the midst of a secular pinewood with nearly 1200 sqm of private, fenced garden and at about 200 meters from the sea. Arranged on two floors, the 4 apartments are all well furnished.

These holiday apartments in Tuscany are located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, a beautiful village on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno (Leghorn) and only 30 km north of Piombino from which one can catch ferries for the Isle of Elba.

Also available barbecue and plenty of parking space.

Guests also have at disposal a private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and access to a beach without facilities. In summertime one can enjoy evening walks to the village centre where the seaside promenade is full of people and interesting cultural events. Starting from these apartments for rent on the Etruscan Coast one can discover some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.
