Modern studio apartment situated in beachfront building only 1.5 km from V & A Waterfront, just across from Green Point stadium and very close to Radisson Blu Hotel. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from your BED !

Apartment with views onto Table Mountain and Signal Hill offers :

Step out of the building and stroll along the endless promenade and watch stunning sunsets. Trendy restaurants less than 200m walk.

Picnic on beautiful lawns at Green Point park just up the road.

Getting around

The apartment is situated on the beachfront and on the red and blue Cape Town bus route for sight seeing. You can also walk to the V & A Waterfront. You can use Uber taxi service or similar for going a little further. To explore the whole of Cape Town or for stays over 5 days a rental car is recommended.

The apartment is in a stunning location and furnished well, I had everything I needed. Also, bonus points for an amazing shower. Nicole was an amazing, friendly host and I would happily stay again.

If Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
