Description
This beautiful boutique villa is architect designed with fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious open plan living /dining area, fabulous roof terrace with amazing sea views just perfect for evening drinks watching the sunset. The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet/wc providing plenty of space for everyone whether large family, group of friends or couples wanting plenty of space to chill out and relax. The villa has a private pool, kept dazzlingly blue by the daily attendant and the villa has its own private garden and sunbathing area fully equipped with 8 sunbeds, umbrellas, side tables and pool towels. The shaded terrace has a large dining table seating 8 for alfresco lunches or dinner under the stars! There is a portable BBQ for grills by the pool or on the roof terrace. The villa has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, CD ,ipod doc free wireless Internet access and of course air conditioned throughout.

“Excellent!”
We always enjoy our holidays but our family holiday to Villa Kalan in Kalkan last year was voted as the best so far. We have been visiting Kalkan for years but this was the first time we stayed at this end of town the Kalamar Bay end and we all loved it . The sea and watersports at Kalamar Bay were only a few minutes walk away so the younger ones were popping off down there for snorkelling ,ringoes and waterskiing whilst we oldies relaxed by the lovely pool. The villa itself was perfect with 4 large ensuite bedrooms, beautiful roof terrace and great open plan living dining area, the garden and pool area was perfect and surprisingly private and quiet. We made great use of the huge barbecue by the pool for many lunches and a couple of suppers. The restaurants and shops in Kalkan are always great and we loved wandering along in the evening to our favourite haunts but we also discovered a few new restaurants very close to the villa on the Kalamar road. We will be back hopefully this year but if not definitely next.Thank you for a great holiday.
