Description

The apartment is located in the Marina de Albufeira just 15 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The apartment benefits from a shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning marina and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pool and the marina,patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking swimming pool and marina.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, sofa bed in the lounge.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has 1 double bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.

POOL

Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private place marked in the underground garage for one car.

There are lifts in the apartment building.

Lovely apartment,great location.Had a great holiday at this apartment,it had everything you would want to have a good time.Apartment was very clean,with it being cleaned twice during our stay.Veronica who arranged our transfers from the airport met us at the apartment and spent time with us telling us all about the area ,restaurants to visit trips to do etc.She was great.We arrived early and she gave us the use of another apartment to freshen up and leave our cases until ours was ready.Thanks again.Would definitely recommend this apartment.Ruben the owner was also very good ,getting back to us quickly with any questions we had.

“Don't hesitate.... Book it.......”

Another wonderful stay in this apartment block.... My son and I have stayed in one of Ruben and Vironika's apartments before, and loved it... Hence our return... Our stay this time was in apartment 2C.... What a wonderful apartment... Everything u could need.... Spotless clean... Great pool... Fab hosts who were only a phone call or text away... My son loved the double pull out bed in the lounge.. But not as much as I loved the king size bed in the main bedroom.... Kitchen has everything you could need... Lovely white fluffy towels in the bathroom, and plenty of them too.... Balcony is great to watch all the activities of the boats coming and going.... And to here the children playing in the square on the quad bikes, motorised cars ect.... Book this apartment you won't regret it.....
