Description
The villa has its own private entrance and garden. It is approximately 70 sq mt, and has a large living room with fireplace, plus one large bedroom with king-sized bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with mosaico shower.
A Weber barbecue is available on request in the garden.
It has direct access to the eco infinity swimming pool that faces sunsets on Tuscany and Umbria.

SMART TV LCD , DVD, IPOD SPEAKER, RADIO, FULL AC, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE.
