This pleasant mas with swimming pool is divided into two independent accommodations. There is a pleasant non-fenced garden of 3000m², landscaped and with olive trees. There are:
- A private terrace of 150m² in the courtyard - with plancha, garden furniture and a dining table
- A nice swimming pool to share with the owners of 11x5m, depth from 1.30 to 2.20m (equipped with an alarm security system), open from May to October, with access by ladder.
- A chill-out-space by the pool dedicated to the clients with deckchairs and parasol
- 2 parking spots outside
Inside :
This vacation rental with pool is on two levels. It measures 110 m2. It is decorated with care, each detail carefully thought-out.

Response from the manager We have taken careful note of your dissatisfaction. Our agency strives to provide excellent service. We are the sole agency in France with the GreenGlobe label demonstrating our commitment to responsible tourism, respect for people and nature… There was indeed a regrettable misunderstanding concerning your day of departure between your travel adviser and the owners. Unfortunately, on the telephone the owners thought that we called them about your Sunday arrival date …. and not your departure.... What would we have been our interest in saying yes to you for a Sunday departure when your contract ended on Saturday… if we did not think that we would be getting the approval of the owner ?!? Once again, we are sincerely and deeply sorry. We have apologized several times for this mix-up. We credited your bank account for 50% of your hotel bill on 10/12/2013, 11 days before your comments... Did you not see this information on your bank statement? This is the first time that we have experienced this kind of dispute. We are careful about the quality of the houses, of our services and we make every effort to find solutions. We spent many hours with the owners and within the company to determine the source of this misunderstanding and to create new security procedures so that this mix-up is the first and last, particularly by confirming what was said on the phone by e-mail. More than 60% of our clients are foreigners. We make the effort to communicate in their native language and our offerings are translated by American translators. Our satisfaction rate is approximately 98% (according to our satisfaction survey) The description of this home, concerning the layout of the rooms, is correct. The house is indeed not adapted for families with young children. This is why we systematically call back clients who wish to rent the house to determine if they have children, which was not the case where you were concerned. To provide an accurate record for our internet users of the circumstances of your departure: On Saturday, the day of your departure, the owners came to conduct the check out before 10:00 a.m. They asked you to finish packing and gave you time to do so. When they came back they were surprised to find out that you were gone, without saying anything, leaving all your luggage. They contacted the agency to determine the true story. On Saturday, we tried to contact you several times without success… We left several messages. Didn't you receive them? Would it not have been easier to tell the owner or the agency about the misunderstanding in the morning in order to find a solution rather than to leave? Once more we apologize for this mix-up and for the fact that you had a bad experience. We understand your anger but it is good to stick to the true facts
