Our cottage is welcoming and cosy, offering all the characters of a traditional old cottage with all modern convienence you expect from a luxury escape.

We aim to provide not just self catering accommodation but a country living experience like home, where you can bring your dog and walk out your door into the countryside undisturbed by traffic and let time stand still.

A work in progress,our garden is constantly elvoling. Changing with the seasons we are trying to create our own little paradise,despite the weather.

We meet and greet upon arrival. Provide farm tours if our guests would like to experience the farming side of life. Dependent on the time of year our guests love to watch the cows calve and more importantly get to name and feed the new born. We advise guests of places to go , our favorite restaurants and local cafes that we love to dine in and we share feed back from other past guests experiences. We have agreed local discounts with some of our local shops for our guests. We are available throughout the stay if our guests need us at any time.

What an absolutely beautiful cottage surrounded by amazing views. Shelia and Michael were so welcoming and friendly, such a lovely couple. The cottage had everything you could possibly need, really can't fault a single thing! I stayed here for a week with 3 other adults, but it just wasn't long enough! We really didn't want to leave to idyllic cottage and settings. It's only a few minutes drive to the local shop which has most things you might need, and there is a lovely little pub next door "Kennedy's" well worth a visit for a drink or two in a nice relaxing friendly atmosphere. There is also lot's to do in the surrounding villages you just have to take a drive out and have a good explore and I'm sure you will find lot's to do. We have family in the area and we can't wait to come back. We will definitely be booking The Dairy Cottage on our return!!

“Dreamy, Quaint Cottage in Serene Setting”

There isn't enough I can say to encapsulate my all too brief stay at The Dairy Cottage. Directions were perfect. The Drive to the cottage brought us to beautiful countryside. Sheila and Michael's kindness was evident from the beginning. We were greeted by a delicious apple tart. Perfection. The Cottage was everything you imagine a beautiful Irish country cottage to be. What better way to immerse yourself in the experience of Ireland? This was just what I needed for my sons and I. I traveled with 5 and space was plenty. We enjoyed the peat fires and also tea on the patio in the morning as we gazed at the sun rise, and at our neighbors, the cows. The smell of clean air, the expansive green that stretched beyond imagination, and the coziness that awaited us inside the cottage, made it hard to leave it each day for travels. I am so happy that I was fortunate to glimpse this life, so very different from my own. I would come back here a thousand times over. Leaving it was one of hardest things I had to do, wishing for more time there is a wish well worth wishing.
