RENTAL APARTMENT 3 ROOMS OF 68M² AIR CONDITIONED WITH MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW IN SMALL BUILDING CENTER OF CASSIS (Prefecture classification: 3 stars ***) Crossing apartment completely renovated in 2012, comfortable, facing south, located on the 2nd and last floor of a small building, with dominant 180 ° sea view, old castle and Cap Canaille from the living room, the terrace and one of the bedrooms. Two parking spaces in the condominium closed by barrier. Tourist tax of 1.65 euro per person and per night.

Response from the owner Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas été entièrement satisfaits.... c'est vrai que le mobilier n'est pas de style mais il est récent et fonctionnel ( ex:grandes penderies avec portes coulissantes dans les chambres, bibliothèque et niches incorporées dans les murs, canapé 4 places avec position relax, lits 2 places en 140, table 8 couverts avec rallonge... ) ce qui satisfait heureusement beaucoup de locataires. Je retiens que vous avez apprécié: l'emplacement idéal, la vue mer magnifique, la proximité du port et des restaurants, la propreté de l'appartement ... et je m'en contente !!!!

L'appartement est situé à 200 mètres du port avec effectivement une montée de 25 mètres à l'arrivée....c'est pour cela que la vue dominante à 180 degrés depuis l'appartement sur la mer, le vieux château et le cap Canaille est magnifique. Comme vous avez l'intention de revenir à Cassis, sachez que je vous recevrai à nouveau avec plaisir....et d'ici là, j'aurai fait quelques progrès en anglais!!!!
