Description
Rue de General Vandenberg no. 15 is a romantic, charming and typical small French two-story apartment with a lovely roof terrace, right in the old town of Antibes. Next to the Place Nationale.You live among the locals. Just outside the front door you will find yourself right in the lovely small streets, the Mediterranean's largest yacht harbor and the famous picturesque market. It is full of culture, festivals, shops and café life. Chateau Grimaldi houses Mussee Piccaso and is right around the corner. Everything is in walking distance and you are not depending on the car. Do you need to park, the parking hall next quarter. By train you can reach all the famous spots along the Cote d'Azur. To the beach, bus and train station is approx. 10 minutes walking distance.The apartment is fully furnished with all appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron, hairdryer, duvets and sheets. A wireless network is installed. Two air-condiotions. One in each floor.
100 euro has to be left on the kitchen table for the cleaning when out-check. In-check is 4 am and out-check is 11 am. It's possible to check-in later than 4 am, but then you have to pay 40 euro extra and put them together with the 100 euro for cleaning on the kitchen table when out-check.
