ALL PRICE ARE SUBJECT TO 15% GOVERNMENT TAX AND SERVICE.

The villa is non-smoking property with extraordinary views of rice fields, coconut groves, Batur and Agung Mtns. Located 8 mins from central Ubud in Laplapan. Three separate guest homes, salt water pool, full time staff.

There are 3 guest homes (Antigue Joglos) that can be rented by the week and/or month or the whole villa by the week and/or month. These guest homes have been redesigned for comfort, light and circulating air.

Each has a large view deck for your private dining and a place to read and/or retire. Large open air garden bathrooms, with stone sinks, orchids in the garden walls and hand carved shower walls. The units are teak with marble flooring. Each has a king size hand carved bed and possibility of twin toggle bed in the room.

Full Breakfast; Linens changed 3 times weekly and daily cleaning of each guest home. Free Wi/Fi and full time English speaking staff.

A full size salt water pool and massage bale are available.

Secured parking in the villa, drivers available at reasonable rates and pick up at the airport available.

Close to cooking classes, bike tours, restaurants and events.

If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
